bombing victim aaron lerner was badly wounded by shrapnel. and dad, alan herman is a football coach at alhambra high school and martine as. yesterday, all workers of the delhi supported alhambra high school football jerseys to show support of 11 year-old aaron turner and his family. tenders is donating 15 percent of its sales to the herne family. aaron turner underwent surgery at boston's children's hospital last week and is expected to make a full recovery. no word on when he is expected to come home. >> a san jose 1 and hasn't charged with kidnapping after she stole a car with a 11 month old girl inside is scheduled to appear in court for a plea hearing this morning. 23 year-old karla belen hernandez was arrested earlier this month with the incident on march 25th. the

eye on the 680 interchange, walnut creek southbound. we had a stall at main street that for a while was backing up the traffic. that's always cleared rather quickly. we did have a chance to back things up but now all lanes are open and we may see this back up clear. the 680 ride has seen some rough commute lately. conditions are pretty heavy here at the bay bridge westbound. not so much on the 880 approach, that is a 16 minute drive. here on the toll plaza, the backup reaches right to interstate 580 but not around the corner into berkeley curve. drive times are ready 20 to 22 minutes. the salmon sale bridge ride we're seeing the volume picked up a bit. volumes have been drive time has increased 1 to 2 minutes. for the golden gate bridge, still a good ride here for 1 01 southbound.

there marin county we are still incident free for the southbound 1 01 ride. >> 7:17 a.m. and new this morning, 5 people are dead in a shooting in a seattle suburb including a suspect who was shot by officers. officers responded to reports of shooting in federal way about 20 mi. south of seattle. when they arrive they discovered four bodies, three man and woman. a fifth person was shot by officers when he reached for down as they approached him. authorities did not know what triggered the shooting. the man accused of mailing ricin laced letters to the president and a mississippi senator is expected back in court today. paul kagan curtis has denied any involvement in setting the interest of the letters to president obama and senator roger wicker as well as one to a mississippi judge. curtis is in detention and preliminary hearing began on friday and continues today.
